Caring for Communities and People (CCP) is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our Accommodation Based Services in Hereford, supporting young people 16+ under Local Authority Care. The role is fixed-term until 1 August 2027 and 39.375 hours per week on a two-week alternating shift.
You will deliver strengths-based, trauma-informed support, safeguard young people, document notes on our system, and work within an excellent, supportive team that values professional development and safeguarding.
