CCP Games is seeking a Producer to join our London team on EVE Vanguard. You will work closely with the Development Director and other producers to support delivery across the tech and gameplay teams, owning planning, driving execution, and helping teams deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the planning and delivery of the tech and gameplay teams, ensuring work is clear and achievable.
- Work with the development team and other producers to break down complex work into clear, achievable plans.
- Support features from prototyping through to release, manage dependencies, priorities, and change as things evolve.
- Run regular planning, sync, and review sessions, making sure actions, risks, and follow-ups are captured and actioned.
- Spot risks early, whether technical, scheduling, or resourcing, and work with the team to address them before they become problems.
- Keep communication flowing between the development team, product, and leadership, so everyone stays aligned on goals and expectations.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date tracking using agreed production tools and processes.
- Help create a healthy, collaborative team environment that supports focus and sustainable delivery.
- Continuously look for ways to improve how we plan and deliver work, especially around technical and feature-driven development.
Qualifications
- You are organised, approachable, and comfortable working closely with technical and feature teams.
- You enjoy helping others do their best work and do not mind rolling up your sleeves when things get tricky.
- Experience producing games or other complex interactive products.
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams and technical systems.
- A solid understanding of feature development and cross-discipline dependencies.
- Confidence using production tools such as Jira and Miro.
- Experience with Agile ways of working, with a pragmatic, common-sense approach.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to talk comfortably with both technical and non-technical teammates.
- A calm, problem-solving mindset and a sense of ownership over the work you support.
