We are looking for a Senior Support Worker who shares our purpose, to join our Accommodation Based Services where we house and support young people 16+ under Local Authority Care across Hereford. We are looking for someone to work an average of 39.375 hours per week across a two week alternating shift pattern:
- Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Saturday and Sunday working 8am to 8.15pm.
- Week 2 - Wed, Thurs and Fri working 8am to 8.15pm.
This is on a fixed term contract which will last until the 1st of August 2027.
We provide bespoke support packages to suit a broad range of young people ranging from 24/7 to a few hours per week. Our focus is to provide the highest quality of support in line with Ofsted Standards. We aim to enhance individuals' independence skills, empowering them to advance their aspirations with greater confidence and capability.
