Support Worker with housing experience? We may have just the role for you… Come and join a charity focused on people rather than profit. As a Housing Worker at CCP, you will play a vital role within our Hereford Accommodation Based Service Team which provides supported accommodation to vulnerable adults over the age of 18 years, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. You will be joining a fun, tight-knit team that works well to achieve great outcomes for residents. Due to the nature of the role, and the locations of our properties, a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle is essential. We are looking for someone to work part-time, 22.5 hours Monday-Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Provide tailored housing-related support to people to maintain or secure suitable accommodation.
- Responsible for collecting rent, ensuring Health and Safety is maintained, inspecting accommodation and issuing letters to residents when breaches of tenancy have occurred.

It would be great if you had some experience in the housing sector, however, it is not essential as full training is provided.
