This varied role combines direct support, housing transition work and senior operational responsibilities.

You’ll support people as they move from supported accommodation into their own homes, helping them settle in, build independence and sustain their tenancy.

Alongside your own caseload, you’ll guide and support colleagues, assist with staff supervision, contribute to quality and file audits, help coordinate staffing cover and take part in the management on-call rota.

We’re looking for someone experienced, organised and confident who can work independently, adapt across different services and bring a calm, positive approach to supporting both clients and colleagues.
