We are looking for experienced Clinical/Educator/Nurse trainers who enjoy passing on their up‐to‐date knowledge to learners of different levels.

Requirements

  • Must-Have: Venepuncture, Suction and Oxygen, Cough Assist, PEG Feeding
  • Preferred: CHAPS, Ear Irrigation

Attributes:

  • Confident in communication skills to teach various levels, including phone calls.
  • Reliable – value customer time and avoid short‐notice cancellations.
  • IT literate – able to use email, Zoom, WhatsApp, team calendar and online forms.
  • Excellent time management – inform 48 hours in advance if paperwork is missing.
  • Experience in Health and Social Care with theory and teaching (PTLLS or equivalent required).
  • Honest – decline to conduct courses you are not qualified for.
  • Adaptable and flexible – work with limited resources and unforeseen issues.
  • Accurately complete and submit documentation (class register, trainer evaluation forms).

Other qualifications:

  • Full driving license
  • Doctor or Nurse with valid NMC/GMC
  • PTLLS / AET / PGCE
  • Able to travel across the UK
  • Enjoys training and meeting new people
  • Ability to work with our processes
