We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Nottingham. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain excellent service standards
- Develop and review personalised care plans, including dementia and complex care
- Recruit, train, and support care staff to achieve their full potential
- Oversee medication management and accurate care documentation
- Carry out audits, spot checks, and quality assurance reviews
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Manage rotas, staffing, and day-to-day operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to service growth
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Eligible to be registered with the CQC
- Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and care standards
- Experience in dementia care and medication management
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
