The Bristol region comprises almost 500 homes, and this role is responsible for ensuring strong performance, service delivery, and operational standards across the portfolio.

This role is fully based in Bristol. The Bristol portfolio is primarily located on a single site, and the Housing Operations Manager will be site-based to support day-to-day operational delivery and team coordination. Occasional travel to Head Office in Croydon will be required for meetings or training.
