SEEKING MYSTERY SHOPPERS....... MUST BE ABLE TO DO VISITS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:30 AM AND 4:00 PM – MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS Income Opportunity Ranging from JMD $4,000 – $6,800 (depending on assignment) for up to TWO – FOUR HOURS doing what you do for free: evaluating experiences, exploring products and services offered, and assessing the quality of customer service from a well-established financial services group offering banking, insurance and investment solutions. Must be 25 years or older to qualify for application.

We are looking for Mystery Shoppers/Service Checkers who would like to get paid to visit a well-established financial services group as a regular customer would, and report on specific aspects of the experience in three easy steps:

  • You will be scheduled a visit/call
  • You will complete the visit/call on a specified date
  • Send in your report via computer/tablet

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • A PC/Tablet with reliable internet connection
  • Precise time-tracking ability: you must be able to accurately note and record exact arrival, wait, and service times during your visit. This is one of the most important parts of your report, and reports with vague or estimated timing will not be accepted.
  • Persons who are observant, articulate, detail-oriented, and able to provide detailed, accurate written feedback
  • Comfort navigating both in-person and online/digital processes: some assignments may require completing an online application or form in addition to (or instead of) a face-to-face visit
  • This project will require the Shopper to open a bank account, apply for a credit card, apply for a loan, submit a claim, or check on an existing portfolio. If opening an account, you must have the required documentation: job letter, last 3 months' pay slips/proof of income, proof of address, and valid TRN/ID. ( Only applicable if the Shopper is not an existing customer of the financial institution )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct mystery shopping visits, calls, or online interactions exactly as per assignment instructions: including timing, sequence, and scenario details
  • Observe and evaluate customer service and quality of service provided, with special attention to accurate timestamping of each stage of the interaction
  • Submit detailed, honest reports within specified timeframes using the survey platform provided
  • EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS | MUST HAVE A GOOD COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE!
  • A Jamaican bank account is required to receive payment for completed assignments.
  • You will be required to complete a 60-minute online training session via ZOOM prior to the commencement of the project. This training will cover exactly how visits should be conducted, how to accurately record timing and wait times, and guidance on the specific questions and scenarios you'll need to present to satisfy the project requirements.
  • We are seeking persons with great attention to detail who are reliable and punctual.
  • We are seeking persons with a passion for Customer Service who want to contribute to the development of Customer Experience in Jamaica.
  • We want shoppers who act with integrity: visiting, calling, and emailing at exactly the times assigned, and reporting exactly what happened, down to the minute.
