We are looking for a Search Marketing Specialist to own day to day SEO and PPC delivery across a portfolio of clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the work, improving performance and seeing the impact. You will work closely with strategy, content, web and client services to ensure search activity drives meaningful results.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver and optimise SEO across multiple websites, including on and off page optimisations
  • Manage and refine PPC campaigns in Google Ads, with a strong focus on intent, efficiency and return
  • Apply AIO and GEO principles to improve visibility in AI influenced and AI generated search results
  • Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console and ad platforms, turning data into clear, actionable insight
  • Implement agreed strategies accurately while spotting opportunities to improve performance
  • Brief the content team on campaign requirements, search intent and optimisation priorities

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years proven hands-on experience delivering SEO and PPC, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of modern search, including AI influenced results
  • Confidence working directly in Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console
  • Detail focused, accountable and proud of high quality delivery
