About the Role
As the Executive Team Administrative Support Officer, you’ll provide high-level, contemporary administrative support that enables our Executive Managers to focus on strategic outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate complex diaries, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and use digital tools to optimise Executive time
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports and presentations, leveraging AI-assisted features where appropriate
- Use Microsoft 365, Teams, Planner, Forms and other digital platforms, plus emerging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity
- Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and recommend future-focused improvements
- Support Executive engagement with Board and subcommittee meetings, including document coordination and action tracking
- Manage travel, portfolio planning days, briefing packs and meeting logistics
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing high-level administrative support to senior managers
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High competence across Microsoft 365, with confidence trialling and adopting new digital tools and AI-enabled technologies
- Demonstrated ability to automate, refine or enhance administrative processes
- Excellent written communication skills, including drafting formal documents and taking high-quality minutes
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and emotional intelligence
- A curious, improvement-focused mindset and enthusiasm for using technology to deliver better ways of working

Additional Information
This role is classified as F-J within our Enterprise Agreement and the rate will be dependent on skills and experience/qualifications. New appointments are generally offered between grade F-H.
