Lifestyle Centred Services is an NDIS and TAC registered provider of supports for people with disability and mental health support needs throughout Victoria. We provide services for people of all ages and backgrounds with a wide range of abilities and support needs.

About the Role:
This role is perfect for someone with a person-centred approach, who has a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for those with physical or intellectual disability, who enjoys a challenge, and enjoys the rewarding feeling of making a difference in someone’s life. We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for a child requiring support within the home involving Community Access and In Home Care.
Shifts available: Monday to Friday 3:30pm - 7:30pm
Positions may be available in surrounding suburbs.
Pay rate: Minimum starting rate is $41.87 per hour, plus allowances for evenings, weekends and public holidays (based on qualifications and experience).
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with and supporting Children
- Experience with Mealtime Management
- Experience and/or qualifications in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care or equivalent (students currently studying in these areas, as well as Nursing, Physiotherapy, OT and Paramedicine also encouraged to apply)
- Enthusiastic, positive approach to supporting people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability.
- Reliable, kind, and caring nature, with good work ethics
- Well-presented and a professional approach
- Active with average physical fitness level
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of people’s individual support needs

Requirements:
- Current resume and 2 professional referees
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer)
- Current driver license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011/HLTAID003) & CPR (HLTAID009/HLTAID001)
