For our store in London (Soho), we are looking for you as Stockroom Manager (m/f/x).

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring work order parts and services are received and distributed on a timely basis.
  • Booking and maintaining deliveries and returns to our warehouse tool Navision.
  • Maintaining inventory in accordance with best practices including cycle counts, minimum/maximum levels, and evaluating obsolete parts.
  • Ensuring that all sales compartments are stocked.
  • Responsible for the inventory in accordance with the Store Manager.
  • Checking randomly the delivered goods for the correct quantity and quality.
  • Securing the new goods with anti-theft devices.
  • Responsible for compliance with the warehouse structure.
  • Support the team on the shop floor when required.
  • Uphold overall company standards and act as a positive role model to others.

Your Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus.
  • Experience in retail, ideally including warehouse operations and processes.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complex interactions and complaints.
  • Ability to create a positive customer experience aligned with brand values.
  • Good knowledge of the brand, its target market, and product range.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style, especially in inventory and transactions.
  • Positive attitude, passion for the brand, and willingness to learn.
