Returns Operative 24 hrs fixed term (m/f/x) in London

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Returns Operative to join our team at our warehouse in Ashford. This role is initially a 6 month fixed-term contract.This is a hands-on role within our ecommerce operation, supporting the processing of customer returns and helping to ensure that products are handled accurately and efficiently from the moment they arrive back with us.Your ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage returned parcels efficiently and accuratelySort and load parcels and products as requiredScan items into our systems and sort them according to their statusCarry out thorough quality control checks on returned productsIdentify and report damaged or faulty goods to the Team LeaderHandle customer returns with care and attention to detail, helping to maintain a positive customer experienceKeep the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all timesWork collaboratively with the wider warehouse and ecommerce teams to support day-to-day operations.Your ProfileWe’re looking for someone who is:Experienced in a similar warehouse, logistics or ecommerce environmentReliable, dedicated and able to work effectively as part of a teamFlexible and willing to support the wider team where neededComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentPhysically able to lift heavier items and stand for extended periods of timeFluent in English, with good communication skillsIf you’re organised, practical and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
