Freight operations executive is needed by this growing shipping and logistics company based in the Northwest, Preston.

Established since 2007 you will join a team of 6 staff in the UK and a back office of 23 people.

They provide a one stop solution for their customer\’s logistics requirements with an excellent one to one personal service. They endeavour to support their customer\’s growing logistics requirements with the best technical and software solutions and in the most eco-friendly way.

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking daily shipments and updating customers
• Speaking to shipping agencies / worldwide agents
• Speaking to customers for shipping, updates via telephone and email
• Booking in deliveries with customers
• Customs clearing shipments
• Invoicing customers
• Filing
• Sending post
• All day-to-day office operations work.

Experience & Requirements
