Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated self-employed Fitness Coaches to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading each 45 minute session, ensuring every member is safe, engaged and motivating them to achieve their health and wellness goals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your coaching expertise and help individuals improve their health, fitness and wellbeing in an extremely welcoming and supportive environment.

Duties

  • Program 45 minute sessions, suitable for all abilities
  • Lead engaging and effective fitness sessions, demonstrating proper technique and form
  • Monitor client progress and adjust sessions accordingly to optimise results
  • Motivate clients to stay committed and maintain a positive attitude towards their fitness lifestyle
  • Maintain a safe training environment by ensuring equipment is used correctly and safely

Skills / Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in either Personal Training (Level 2+), Group exercise, Crossfit Level 1+, Circuit Training
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly
  • Excellent motivational skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
  • Organised with the ability to plan effective training sessions efficiently
  • Ability to adapt coaching styles to suit diverse client needs and fitness levels
  • Enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for promoting health and wellness
  • First Aid Certified (Highly desirable)

We currently have 1-6 sessions available as permanent sessions, with the scope to cover other coaches when they are on leave, opportunity to provide 1-1 sessions and to add in additional sessions as we grow further!
