Carglass® ist der Spezialist für die Reparatur von Steinschlägen und den Neueinbau von Fahrzeugglas inklusive Rekalibrierung der Fahrerassistenzsysteme und ist Teil des internationalen Belron®-Konzerns. In Österreich beschäftigen wir rund 160 Mitarbeiter*innen und sind mit 30 Standorten flächendeckend vertreten. Aufgrund unseres stetigen Wachstums suchen wir laufend motivierte Mitarbeiter*innen, um unseren Service weiter auszubauen und unseren Kund*innen die bestmögliche Hilfe anzubieten – schnell, einfach und unkompliziert. Zur Unterstützung unseres Expansions- und Sales-Teams suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung im Innendienst.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Mitwirkung bei Expansionsprojekten – Fokus auf Standortaquise
- Pflege der bestehenden Standorte – Vertragsmanagement & Instandhaltung
- Schnittstelle zwischen Makler / Rechtsanwälten / Objekteigentümern
- Direkte Berichterstattung ans Management
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Sales-Abteilung bezĂĽglich Expansionsthemen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Analysen
- Allgemeine BĂĽroorganisation und administrative Aufgaben
- Pflege und Ablage von Unterlagen sowie Datenbankpflege
DEIN PROFIL
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Generelles Interesse an Immobilien – erste Erfahrungen wünschenswert
- Organisationstalent, selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- FĂĽhrerschein Klasse B
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gerne auch Student*innen
