Carglass® ist der Spezialist für die Reparatur von Steinschlägen und den Neueinbau von Fahrzeugglas inklusive Rekalibrierung der Fahrerassistenzsysteme und ist Teil des internationalen Belron®-Konzerns. In Österreich beschäftigen wir rund 160 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und sind mit 31 Standorten flächendeckend vertreten. DEINE AUFGABEN
- FĂĽhrung und Entwicklung des Buchhaltungsteams
- Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes der laufenden Buchhaltung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling-Team.
- Erstellung des Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlusses
- Erstellung von Steuermeldungen und -erklärungen in Abstimmung mit dem Steuerberater
- Ansprechpartner fĂĽr Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsberater
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance Vorschriften und Konzern Policies
- Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Prozessoptimierung und -dokumentation von allen Buchhaltungsprozessen
- Monitoring und Reporting, Statistiken, Dokumentationen
DEIN PROFIL
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und / oder erfolgreich absolvierte (Bilanz-) Buchhalterprüfung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der (Bilanz) Buchhaltung idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im B2C-Umfeld oder Erfahrung im KfZ-AfterSales oder Versicherungsbereich sind ein Plus
- Erste Erfahrungen in der FĂĽhrung von Teams
- Eigenverantwortlicher und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
