Deine Aufgaben
- Als Kfz-Mechatroniker/Kfz-Monteur (w/m/d) liegen der Austausch und die Reparatur von Fahrzeugglas inkl. Kalibrierung der Fahrassistenzsysteme in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
- Du übernimmst die Zusatzfunktion „Betriebsleiter (HWK) (w/m/d)“ und bist verantwortlich für die technisch-fachlichen Themen vor Ort und die Einhaltung aller Carglass® Standards sowie die Umsetzung der Tageseinsatzplanung.
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Kund*innen mit entsprechender Serviceorientierung von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Fahrzeugrückgabe.
- Die Erstellung von Rechnungen, das Verwalten von Kundschaftsgeldern sowie die Disposition und Erstellung eingehender Aufträge liegen in deiner Zuständigkeit.
- Du verantwortest die Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen, die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung der Inventur sowie die Sicherstellung von auditrelevanten Standards und Korrekturmaßnahmen.
