Your Purpose
As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will be the commercial lead for some of our most important QSR customers. Youll drive long-term value creation by building strategic partnerships, co-developing solutions, and delivering sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the commercial relationship with key QSR accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer and Cargill objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through innovation, sustainability, and supply chain collaboration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, operations, finance) to deliver solutions.
- Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements with a win-win mindset.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Key Account Management within the QSR, foodservice, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Based in the UK, with flexibility to travel as needed.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
