Job Purpose and Impact
Are you looking to build a career in food manufacturing? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator to work as part of the manufacturing team to ensure the correct operation of the chocolate line and that all production is made within the manufacturing specifications within standard procedures & processes, employing Continuous Improvement techniques.
As part of the manufacturing team, you’ll operate pre-refiners and refiners to meet production specifications while following strict safety, food quality, and environmental standards. You’ll carry out process checks, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Shifts are a 5 shift rota (working 2 weekends out of the 5). Weekend-only work is 24 hours but paid for 40 hours.
