Job Purpose and Impact
The Account Manager will drive strategic growth, build trusted customer partnerships, and deliver sustainable commercial results in line with Cargill’s values of integrity, collaboration, and customer focus. Key Accountabilities
- Own and expand strategic key accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies and business plans that deliver profitable growth and long‑term value. Act as a trusted advisor, building deep, credibility‑based customer relationships.
- Deliver strong commercial performance. Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue growth, and margin goals. Apply value‑based selling and disciplined execution to drive results.
- Build customer‑driven business plans. Create tailored account plans aligned with customer objectives, market dynamics, and Cargill’s portfolio. Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify risks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the Food Service domain.

- Excellent English language skills.
