In this role you will lead end‑to‑end supply, production and raw material planning for the site and network, ensuring supply continuity, cost discipline, and optimal inventory. You’ll partner with site leadership to deliver service, efficiency and financial targets, while developing a high‑performing team. You’ll tackle planning challenges with cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision making. Responsibilities
- Define inventory strategy and segmentation within the site network
- Prepare supply and inventory planning inputs for capacity scenarios and recommendations
- Review and publish supply and inventory planning metrics targets
- Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement
- Lead and develop a team; coach and make decisions on talent management
- Drive end‑to‑end site planning and execution including production planning, MRP, and order fulfillment; coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Quality and Customer Service to meet OTIF, inventory and cost targets
- Handle other duties as assigned
Key requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in the supply chain field
- Experience in supply chain planning and execution, preferably in production or raw material planning
- Experience in chemical industry or similar process manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in driving cost discipline, productivity, and budget ownership within planning and scheduling
- Strong track record in network supply coordination and inventory optimization
- Experience managing planning KPIs (OTIF/service level, inventory, forecast accuracy, cost reduction initiatives)
- Proven people management experience, including coaching and team development
- Strong business acumen and ability to act as a supply chain business partner within site leadership teams
