b Overview /b p In this Engineering Team Leader role, you will guide maintenance activities to sustain reliable operations and asset availability. You’ll supervise engineers and apprentices, driving continuous improvement within a high-hazard production environment. The position sits at the intersection of technical execution and people leadership, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders. You’ll contribute to safe, compliant, and efficient plant performance while coordinating small projects and contractor partnerships. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, international food enterprise. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li contributory pension /li li private healthcare /li li performance related bonus /li li employee assistance programme /li li competitive salary /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Coordinate the execution of asset-specific equipment strategy for high-hazard processes /li li Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards /li li Assist in leading the integration of contractor partners and equipment to support the plant force /li li Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices /li li Exercise some authority over personnel decisions (hiring, performance, disciplinary actions) and perform hands-on tasks alongside subordinates /li li Coordinate small projects (scope, timetable, EH S planning, budget, implementation) /li li Provide active hands-on support to direct and support engineers /li li Other duties as assigned /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Engineering qualifications (electrical bias) to degree HND or HNC level /li li Directly related supervisory experience /li li Previous experience in maintenance engineering /li /ul ul li Interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills /li li Knowledge of related tools, process controls and area technology systems /li li Experience coordinating third-party resources to deliver business results /li /ul
