Job Purpose and Impact
As a shift Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly by maintaining the reliable operation of the process plants, including a CHP facility. You will carry out a variety of multiskilled maintenance tasks across liquid, slurry and food processing equipment, with training and support provided to help you develop your skills where needed. This is a shift based role operating on a 12 hour pattern, covering days and nights.
Key Accountabilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment.
- Be multi-skilled in both Electrical & Instrument and Mechanical maintenance and be committed to continuous development as necessary.
- Undertake training to multi-skill and in Predictive Maintenance Tasks.
- Work safely and in full compliance with site safety, hygiene and quality standards.
