About The Role

Are you an experienced contact centre leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? Do you have a passion for developing high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes? At Car Finance 247, we’re looking for a Business Generation Manager to lead and develop our Business Generation team, maximising warm lead transfers into Sales while delivering an exceptional customer journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused people leader with strong dialler and campaign management experience to make a real impact with the UK’s leading car finance broker.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing Business Generation team
  • Driving team performance through structured coaching, 1:1s and performance management
  • Managing dialler strategy, campaign setup and optimisation to maximise lead transfer volumes
  • Monitoring intraday performance and making real-time operational decisions
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Data teams to improve lead quality and customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across campaigns, conversion and operational efficiency
  • Supporting the progression and development of team members into future Account Manager roles

About You

Essential
  • Proven experience managing a contact centre or dialler-led operation
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of driving team performance
  • Experience managing outbound campaigns, dialler systems and contact strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Desirable
  • Experience within financial services or car finance
  • Understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements
  • Exposure to sales pipelines and lead conversion processes
