About the role

As an Administrator in the payouts team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all customer documentation is checked and processed in an effective manner, and all paperwork submitted to our lenders in accordance with company procedures. You will be required to provide the best service possible to all customers.

We’re looking for a candidate with financial services background, with knowledge of packaging loans or/and regulated products. You’ll receive a salary of £25,000. We’re open Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing a high volume of finance payouts orders;
  • Checking customers and dealerships documents;
  • Checking security & ID documents and any other associated papers are completed satisfactorily;
  • Processing documents quickly and accurately;
  • Chasing missing documentation to ensure daily/weekly targets are met;
  • Constant liaising with our panel of lenders for Payout updates and amendments required for submitted proposals;
  • Point of contact for internal queries regarding lending criteria;
  • Point of contact for SQ’s and Cancellations;
  • Keeping up-to-date with changing FCA regulations and Lender Criteria;

Who we’re looking for:

  • A person with high organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to prioritise own workload;
  • Must be detail oriented and have ability to work to deadlines and targets;
  • Understanding technical aspects of loan completion, e.g credit broking permissions, FCA authorisation, etc;
