About The Role
Here at CarFinance 247 we are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The Quality Assurance Officer will consistently and efficiently undertake call monitoring reviews and evaluate the standards of the calls from a compliance and quality perspective. They will also be responsible for providing management with regular feedback on the daily activity within call monitoring and ensuring all records are kept up to date and accurate.

Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Assessor:
- Conducting call audits to ensure compliance with scripts, regulations, and best practices
- Understanding what a good outcome for a customer sounds like, and highlighting the poor ones
- Participating in call calibration sessions
- Developing a good understanding of the business, our teams and the environment that we work in
- Keeping up to date with each business areas processes and call structures
- Identifying trends and potential risks to the business observed in the Quality Assurance activity
- Escalating any serious call monitoring issues to the Compliance Manager in line with internal compliance monitoring policies
About You
- Experience of working in a Quality Assurance role is ideal
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Hard working determined and resilient
- Comfortable working under pressure, proactive and uses own initiative
