We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to support the smooth running of our People function and ensure an excellent employee experience from onboarding through to day‑to‑day HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, is detail‑focused, and passionate about delivering high‑quality HR administration and support.
As our HR Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of People and wider HR team, acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries and providing efficient, accurate administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding & New Starter Administration
- Coordinate the full onboarding process, ensuring a positive new starter journey.
- Carry out Right to Work checks and maintain compliant records.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and starter documentation.
- Set up new starters on the HRIS and ensure all information is accurately recorded.
- Support and help facilitate induction days and welcome activities.
- HR Administration
- Manage HR inbox queries, providing timely and appropriate responses.
- Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process changes to terms and conditions, updating contracts, letters, and HR systems.
- Support the probation process, including tracking review dates and issuing outcome letters.
- Assist with HR reporting, producing regular updates on starters, leavers, absence, and other metrics.
- Support the maintenance of HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Employee Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including preparing leaver letters and conducting system updates.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrolments and changes.
- Assist managers with routine HR queries and signpost to policy guidance where appropriate.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support People team initiatives including surveys, events, wellbeing activities, and communications.
- Assist in collating feedback, follow‑up actions, and engagement improvement activity.
- General HR Support
- Help ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day People function activities and projects.

Essential Skills & Experience- Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and HRIS experience.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
