Sitting within the People function, you will support leaders and teams in delivering initiatives that strengthen connection, engagement, and inclusion, helping bring our Company DNA to life in practical ways.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9am - 5pm)
Days: Monday - Friday

The Role

As Culture & Employee Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of initiatives that shape how our people experience life at Car Finance 247. You will help implement social, charitable, reward and recognition, and engagement programmes, ensuring colleagues feel connected, included, and recognised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the delivery of the annual Social, Charitable, Reward & Recognition and Engagement calendar, helping plan and coordinate events that are inclusive and aligned to business objectives.
  • Support key stakeholders in organising and facilitating meetings for our five employee committees, tracking actions and helping implement initiatives from these groups.
  • Help deliver internal communications, ensuring messages are clear, engaging, and reach the right people.
  • Collect and organise feedback from surveys, Colleague Voice, and other channels, supporting the translation of insights into practical actions.
  • Work with Marketing to support internal content creation, photography, and coverage of engagement events.
  • Support the delivery of employee engagement programmes that encourage inclusion, recognition, and connection across teams.
  • Help capture successes, metrics, and insights from across the business, contributing to reports, case studies, and internal communications.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues across the business to support engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in managing budgets, suppliers, and timelines for events and engagement activities, ensuring smooth delivery.

About You

You are highly organised, proactive, and enjoy a hands-on role. You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy helping deliver initiatives that make a real difference for colleagues. You will have experience in event coordination, internal communications, or People/HR support, and are eager to grow in a role where you can support broader culture and engagement initiatives while learning from senior colleagues.

This is a hands-on, practical role where you will support the delivery of engagement programmes, internal communications, and events, working closely with senior leaders, People, Marketing, and Recruitment teams. You will help bring our culture to life day-to-day and make a visible impact on colleague engagement.
