Are you an organised, detail‑driven Document Controller ready to support a busy project team and keep information flowing smoothly? We’re looking for someone proactive, collaborative, and confident in managing documentation from start to finish across fast‑paced construction environments. This is a great opportunity to become a trusted part of a project team, helping ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across all documentation.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing, organising and maintaining project documents to ensure information is accurate, accessible and controlled.
  • Supporting and training team members so document control processes are understood and followed.
  • Uploading, updating and distributing documents using EDMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Ensuring compliance with client, internal and external document control standards.
  • Supporting Health & Safety documentation, ensuring only approved versions are in circulation.
  • Tracking and reporting document progress, including reviews, approvals and KPIs.
  • Assisting with As‑Built information, O&M manuals and handover documentation.
  • Providing general project admin support, including bookings, meetings and event coordination.
  • Contributing to charity and fundraising initiatives with the project team.

  • Confident stakeholder management and the ability to influence, challenge and collaborate.
  • Ability to work independently in site-based environments.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise busy workloads.
  • A proactive mindset – spotting problems before they happen and driving better ways of working.
  • Commitment to continual learning, development, and raising standards.
  • 2+ years’ document control experience.
  • Construction or site-based experience.
  • Full driving licence.
  • O&M / Handover knowledge.
  • BIM awareness.
