Location – Careys Manor is located in Brockenhurst in the heart of the New Forest. Offering 75 bedrooms, the award-winning Thai-themed spa; SenSpa and 3 restaurants. We pride ourselves on our friendly team and attentive service.
A brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys both content creation and execution with an interest in hospitality, wellness or lifestyle brands to join the marketing team at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa as Social & Content Executive. This role is focused on delivering engaging content across social and digital channels, supporting campaigns, and ensuring our online presence reflects the quality and experience of the brand.
You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and Director of Marketing, playing a key role in bringing campaigns to life and keeping day-to-day marketing activity running smoothly. This is a full-time hybrid role, Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week. At least 3 days per week will be required in the office, (occasional evenings/weekends may be required for special events.)

Key Responsibilities- Social Media & Content
- Manage day-to-day social media scheduling and publishing
- Create engaging content including Reels, stories and reactive posts
- Lead community management across platforms
- Support influencer outreach and user-generated content opportunities
- Campaign & Content Support
- Support delivery of marketing campaigns across channels
- Assist with email campaign builds and deployment
- Upload and manage blog content and editorial pieces
- Website & Digital
- Support updates across CM&S website and Trybe/Shopify
- Manage product, package and Giftpro uploads
- Maintain affiliate and third-party platform listings
- Assist with website content updates and general digital housekeeping
- Creative & Production
- Support photoshoots and content capture
- Assist in creating marketing assets and campaign materials
- Ensure content is aligned with brand standards
- General Support
- Provide marketing admin support including print and production coordination
- Support reporting through gathering channel performance data
- 2–3 years’ marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or a consumer-facing brand
- Strong experience across social media management and content creation
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels
- Experience using CMS platforms and social scheduling tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
