We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Engineer to join our delivery teams and gain hands-on experience working on live construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced engineers, develop practical skills, and build a long-term career in civil engineering.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting Site and Project Engineers with setting out, surveys and as-built records using modern engineering instruments
- Learning how to work with materials, plant, temporary works and quality procedures on site
- Assisting with health, safety, environmental and quality checks, method statements and risk assessments
- Developing an understanding of project costs, testing requirements, and contract specifications
- Building strong communication skills while working with site teams, supervisors and managers
What you will bring:
- Good numeracy and measurement skills with a strong eye for detail
- Basic Excel and IT skills and clear written and verbal communication
- A positive, professional and eager-to-learn attitude
- GCSEs, A Levels, T Levels or NVQ Level 3 (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- CSCS card (desirable)
