What you will do:

  • Oversee day‑to‑day site delivery from mobilisation through to handover.
  • Lead teams through daily briefings, toolbox talks, and inspections.
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials, logistics, and subcontractors.
  • Support temporary works, QA processes, and design reviews.
  • Work closely with commercial teams on costs, production rates, and forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and teams.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience across civil engineering projects with leadership responsibilities.
  • Certifications: SMSTS, IOSH, CSCS, First Aid, Work at Heights, SHED, Black Hat.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, calm, improvement-focused mindset.
