We’re looking for a Construction Manager who brings strong leadership, technical capability, and a passion for delivering high‑quality work safely and efficiently.
What you will do:
- Oversee day‑to‑day site delivery from mobilisation through to handover.
- Lead teams through daily briefings, toolbox talks, and inspections.
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials, logistics, and subcontractors.
- Support temporary works, QA processes, and design reviews.
- Work closely with commercial teams on costs, production rates, and forecasting.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience across civil engineering projects with leadership responsibilities.
- Certifications: SMSTS, IOSH, CSCS, First Aid, Work at Heights, SHED, Black Hat.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, calm, improvement-focused mindset.
