Shape and improve the cloud and infrastructure that colleagues rely on every day, while taking ownership of technologies that matter across the firm.
As a Cloud & Infrastructure Senior Analyst, you’ll help enhance and transform cloud and infrastructure services, improving the technology experience for colleagues and clients. You’ll combine hands‑on technical ownership with project leadership, cloud migration and continuous improvement.
This role can be based in either our Southampton or Jersey offices.
What your day‑to‑day will look like
- Own assigned infrastructure products, developing deep expertise and taking responsibility for their development and support.
- Design, manage and improve cloud systems with security and privacy built in from the outset.
- Lead infrastructure projects from inception through implementation and handover to operational support.
- Maintain and improve services including Microsoft 365, Windows, VMware, Citrix, networks, storage and backups.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and work with users, suppliers and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
What you’ll bring
- Three to five years’ experience working with infrastructure systems and services.
- Experience with VMware, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams and Citrix XenApp.
- Experience managing global communications networks and troubleshooting infrastructure systems.
- The ability to explain technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
