As a Cloud & Infrastructure Senior Analyst, you'll help enhance and transform cloud and infrastructure services, improving the technology experience for colleagues and clients. You'll combine hands-on technical ownership with project leadership, cloud migration and continuous improvement.
This role can be based in either our Southampton or Jersey offices.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Own assigned infrastructure products, developing deep expertise and taking responsibility for their development and support.
- Design, manage and improve cloud systems with security and privacy built in from the outset.
- Lead infrastructure projects from inception through implementation and handover to operational support.
- Maintain and improve services including Microsoft 365, Windows, VMware, Citrix, networks, storage and backups.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and work with users, suppliers and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
What you’ll bring
- Three to five years’ experience working with infrastructure systems and services.
- Experience with VMware, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams and Citrix XenApp.
- Experience managing global communications networks and troubleshooting infrastructure systems.
- The ability to explain technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
