Build hands-on experience across the learning and development lifecycle, helping colleagues across international offices learn, develop and perform at their best. Working closely with the Senior Learning and Development Manager, you’ll coordinate professional and business skills programmes while gaining exposure to digital learning, AI capability and learning evaluation.

Based in London, you’ll join the Knowledge and Learning team and work with colleagues, subject matter experts and external providers.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Coordinate live, virtual and digital learning, including trainee induction and the firmwide mentoring programme.
  • Help deliver professional and business skills curricula, AI capability activity and new joiner induction.
  • Manage learning schedules, queries and communications across international offices.
  • Track engagement, feedback and L&D metrics to inform evaluation and improvements.
  • Identify ways to simplify L&D processes and improve the learner experience.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience coordinating learning programmes, training or events from planning through delivery and evaluation is preferred.
  • Strong planning, organisation and project coordination skills.
  • Clear communication and confidence engaging with different stakeholders.
  • Confidence using PowerPoint and Excel, plus an interest in digital learning and AI.
  • Professional services or another client-facing, regulated environment would be beneficial.

Who you are

You’re curious, proactive and organised, with a genuine interest in how people learn and develop. You may already have L&D experience, or have developed transferable coordination skills and be looking to build your career in learning and development. You enjoy bringing people and processes together, take ownership of your work and care about creating a positive L&D experience.

What we offer in return

The role is 35 hours per week, with 25 days’ holiday and the ability to buy or sell five days per financial year. Benefits include private medical insurance, pension, life assurance, permanent health insurance, discretionary bonus and a travel loan scheme.
