Duties and responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on a wide range of high value civil and/or commercial and/or trust disputes
- Representing clients in hearings at least to Supreme Court level (or equivalent)
- Assisting with international business development, marketing and training programs
Successful candidates must have substantial experience dealing with high value commercial litigation and/or trust litigation, with experience in corporate restructuring or trust litigation. Candidates will have a minimum of three years of post-qualified experience in a common law jurisdiction.
