Carey Olsen is offering a unique opportunity for a commercially minded, technically strong and enthusiastic lawyer to become part of our collegiate market leading top ranked Tier 1 Dispute Resolution Practice in Bermuda.

Duties and responsibilities include advising clients on a wide range of high value civil and/or commercial and/or trust disputes and representing clients in hearings at least to Supreme Court level (or equivalent) as well as assisting with international business development, marketing and training programs.

Successful candidates must have substantial experience dealing with high value commercial litigation and/or trust litigation with experience in corporate restructuring or trust litigation. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years of post-qualified experience in a common law jurisdiction.
