The Director will design and implement marketing campaigns that reengage existing clients, attract new loyalty program members, and generate corporate sales and revenues for the company in the U.S. and worldwide. The role is focused on digital marketing, including online, social media, and AI applications. The role also encompasses working with operations and cross-functional teams at Carey to orchestrate events, attend tradeshows and to assist sales executives with client meetings. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with expertise in brand marketing, digital transformation, and the travel industry, capable of leveraging AI and data to grow memberships and generate incremental revenue in both B2B (clients) and B2C (passengers) segments. The Director will serve as a global brand ambassador for Carey, fostering media engagement to position Carey as the premier choice in intelligent personal mobility.Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Identity Lead the redesign and relaunch of the Carey International brand identity, logo, and corporate websites (Carey.com, Carey Connect, Carey UK), grounded in our brand promise and pillars (safety, discretion, duty of care, trust).Develop and maintain a brand equity dashboard with KPIs such as NPS, vehicle quality, price index, customer growth and retention, and compliance with operating and service standards.Create and roll out new vehicle and service standards that emphasize duty of care, consistency, personalization, and excellence in line with Carey\’s ethos of \”intelligent personal mobility.\”Publish and communicate these standards internally and externally to clients, Regional VPs, GMs, franchisees, affiliates, vendors, and media through training, webinars, and marketing materials.Drive adoption of standards by sharing results regularly, developing compliance monitoring tools, and refining standards based on real-time feedback.AI-Driven Digital & Loyalty Marketing Establish an AI-driven approach to digital marketing, using data and analytics to prioritize campaigns, promotions (e.g., seasonal offers), and personalized offers (e.g., priority dispatch, exclusive access).Use customer loyalty KPIs (redemption rates, engagement scores, churn reduction) and loyalty tiers (VIP, Platinum, Service Plus) to design and optimize AI-driven marketing tactics across both B2C and B2B segments.Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across Carey.com, Carey UK, Carey Connect, social media, and AI-driven channels to drive engagement, follower growth, paid membership acquisition, and trip generation (corporate, retail, meetings & events).Use AI-powered tools to develop personalized pitches and offers for high-priority corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.Build, track, and optimize KPIs for user engagement, follower growth, membership conversions, bookings, and revenue, ensuring integration with Carey\’s reservation system and customer contact operations.Partner with the CCO and Regional VPs to drive a global channel shift toward 80% of bookings occurring directly via web and app, in line with travel industry best practices.Create targeted campaigns to migrate customers from third-party channels to Carey\’s direct platforms.Monitor progress via booking conversion rates, channel mix, and revenue impact, reducing dependency on intermediaries while supporting profitable growth.Global Brand Ambassador & Communications Serve as a global brand ambassador, articulating Carey\’s purpose and reinforcing key brand messages (safety, discretion, duty of care, trust).Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) to promote the brand, programs, and campaigns, and actively engage audiences.Lead media relations, PR, and influencer partnerships to amplify Carey\’s narrative of flawless logistics, secure operations, and luxury service.Develop content strategies, crisis communication plans, and performance metrics (social engagement, media impressions) to increase brand visibility, preference, and loyalty.Leadership, Analytics & Partnerships Lead and influence cross-functional teams in sales, operations, technology, and customer loyalty; set ambitious goals and foster strong collaboration.Develop advertising and marketing partnerships with airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruise lines, and entertainment brands (e.g., co-branded promotions, cross-loyalty integrations).Use analytics to drive targeted user acquisition, segmentation, engagement, and cross-sell campaigns, while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions, monitor market and consumer trends, and refine pricing and distribution strategies based on performance and ROI.Qualifications Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent in Marketing.Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required;
