Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair drainage systems including pipes, manholes, gullies, and associated infrastructure.
  • Operate plant and machinery relevant to drainage works (e.g., excavators, trenchers, pipe lasers).
  • Read and interpret site drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
  • Carry out groundworks associated with drainage, including trench excavation and backfilling.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of drainage systems to confirm functionality and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and site teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Report any issues, hazards, or delays to the Site Supervisor promptly.
