As the go-to person on site, you’ll be the backbone of our Project Team, ensuring seamless coordination across labour, plant, materials, quality, health & safety, and reporting. You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly while building strong relationships with teams across the business. What you will be doing: 🔹 Labour Coordination – Collate data for payroll, process new starter information, and ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and data protection requirements. 🔹 Plant & Equipment Management – Process hires, off-hires, repairs, and exchanges to keep projects moving efficiently. 🔹 Material Management – Raise requisitions, track deliveries, and resolve any invoice or delivery issues. 🔹 Quality & Compliance – Update the Environmental Waste Management register and provide environmental data to ensure compliance. 🔹 Health & Safety – Maintain training competency records and support a safety-first culture. 🔹 Reporting & Administration – Provide accurate and timely reports, handle bookings for accommodation, travel, meetings, and events What we are looking for: ✅ A natural problem-solver with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude ✅ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail ✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✅ IT savvy – confident using Microsoft Office and business software ✅ Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player ✅ Experience in construction is a bonus, but not essential – we provide full training!
