We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our team delivering a major Energy from Waste project. This is an exciting opportunity to take on real responsibility within a complex and technically challenging environment, working at the heart of project delivery alongside experienced engineers, construction teams, and project leadership. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to further their career on a transformative civils & structural project that will play a vital role in supporting the UK's sustainability and energy goals.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinating site engineering activities and liaising with clients, designers, and subcontractors
- Managing technical compliance, setting out, and construction information
- Monitoring progress against programme, cost, and quality targets
- Supporting procurement, logistics, and material management
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Ensuring robust health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
What you will bring:
- Experience on major civils, energy & infrastructure projects
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator who can work across multidisciplinary teams
- HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
