Careys is recruiting for experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a major civil engineering project in Gloucester. This is an opportunity to work on a long-term infrastructure project delivering drainage, earthworks and associated civil engineering works. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals who take pride in producing high quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • General drainage and groundworks
  • Earthworks

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Groundworker on civils projects
  • Experience installing plastic drainage
  • Good understanding of earthworks and general groundworks
  • Ability to work safely and effectively as a team

Desirable

  • Roller and/or Forward Tipping Dumper Tickets
  • NPORS or CPCS Plant qualifications
  • Experience working from drawings
  • Confined space or other relevant site qualifications
