Carex Group Ltd, a diversified company, is seeking an ambitious, driven, and commercially minded 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Hayes, London.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with a proven background in either Construction, Security, and/or Training recruitment who enjoys managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and account growth.
We are particularly interested in multilingual candidates, especially those who also speak European / Non European languages, as we work with diverse candidates and clients across the UK.
The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing both the sales and recruitment aspects of the hiring process, helping to grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy acquisition through to successful placement.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across a range of sectors and job roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Negotiate terms of business, recruitment fees, and tailored recruitment solutions with clients.
- Conduct candidate compliance and onboarding checks, including Right to Work verification and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate records within recruitment CRM systems and candidate databases.
- Achieve individual sales, placement, and activity targets.
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working within a 360 recruitment role or recruitment agency environment.
- Proven recruitment experience either in the Construction, Security, and/or Training sectors.
- Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to speak at least one additional language.
- European / Non European language skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in recruitment systems, CRM platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Full Right to Work in the UK.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
