Senior Support Worker Requirements
- Experience with learning disabilities desirable
- Experience as a senior support worker desirable
- NVQ 3 Preferable
- Able to pass DBS check
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Flexible attitude towards working hours

Senior Support Worker Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Leading the shift and delegating duties to the team
- 24 hours on call one week in a month
- To respect the dignity and individuality of each resident and provide the residents with choices
- To support in ensuring high standards of care and support are maintained
- To work as part of a staff team in a constructive and supportive manner
- To ensure the safety of the residents at all times, reporting promptly any concerns
- To be aware of the emotional needs and aspirations of each resident and provide opportunities for appropriate emotional expression
Salary & Benefits
- Full time positions of 37.5 a week (shift work as part of a rota)
- Pay rate of £8.52 per hour
