We are seeking several Support Workers to join an Assisted living service for young people with Learning Disabilities in East Molesey. You will be joining a team of Support Workers providing high quality 24/7 support for residents who each have their own accommodation within the complex.

Requirements
- Excellent Communication and Verbal, Written and Numeracy skills
- Must have a flexible attitude towards working hours, able to work all shift patterns.
- Be willing and able to pass DBS check
Working Hours / Shift Rota
- Example shift times - must be flexible to meet the requirements of the service.
- Early Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Late Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- Weekend work as part of a rota
- Sleeping nights 8:45 pm to 7:15 am

- To support the individuals in all aspects of their life
- To respect the dignity and individuality of each resident and provide the residents with choices
- To ensure the safety of the residents at all times, reporting promptly any concerns
- To be aware of the emotional needs and aspirations of each resident and provide opportunities for appropriate emotional expression
