You’ll use a mixture of LinkedIn, email, and modern lead gen tools as well as calls & events (where relevant) to build and nurture strong, quality leads for the business. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts.

- Are confident using LinkedIn, email tools, and scraping platforms
- Are comfortable with conducting a high volume of cold calling to generate leads
- Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience in the healthcare or social care industry is a plus
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are curious, data-driven, and eager to learn
- Have strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Are willing to attend occasional UK-based care events or trade shows (expenses paid)
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
