With growing demand and a strong focus on keeping content current and compliant, we’re looking for an organised and collaborative Learning Content Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
You will coordinate the end-to-end process of updating and maintaining our course library. Working with subject matter experts (SMEs), freelance developers, and our internal learning design team, you’ll ensure our courses remain accurate, engaging, and aligned with sector standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a course change log and track updates across our curriculum.
- Coordinate with SMEs to gather and verify content changes.
- Brief and support freelance course developers on implementing updates in Articulate Rise.
- Oversee version control, QA, and internal review cycles.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery.
- Support course publishing to the LMS when needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in content coordination, project management, or instructional design.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence working with digital learning tools (ideally Articulate 360 and Vyond).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to high standards.
